The development history of our GEMP flooring

Our journey began in 2014 when we initiated the development of industrial rolls made from epoxy resin. Our dedicated team took on the challenge and successfully created the world's first flexible epoxy resin fiberglass industrial rolls. This groundbreaking achievement allowed us to lead the way in upgrading epoxy resin flooring to epoxy resin prefabricated rolls. Through continuous improvement and three years of trials, we were able to refine the product to its highest potential. As a result, in 2017, we proudly commenced its mass production and widespread promotion.
Building on our previous success, we dedicated ourselves to further innovation. Our efforts bore fruit in 2022 when we introduced the first ever bio-based polyurethane - epoxy resin flexible rolls. This remarkable breakthrough not only enhanced the material's performance but also contributed significantly to its environmental friendliness. By prioritizing sustainability, we aimed to minimize our ecological footprint and provide our customers with an eco-conscious alternative.

Q: What is regular size?

A: The width of our floor is 1.5m, the thickness is 1.2mm and 1.4mm, and the length is 15 meters per roll.

Q: How many colors can you provide?

A: Grey and green are our regular colors .We can customize the color according to Raul color card based on customers’ requirements.

Q: Will color fade because of weathering?

A: Our products have great color fastening performance. The color will just fade a little at the beginning of three months, and then the color will become very stable for later application.
